Yesterday, we had a fun session of working with the North Ridge people who are doing a choreographed Jedi fight for the movie opening. They seem to really appreciate my martial knowledge and expertise.
I saw Michelle perform in the color guard again, this time in Hinsdale, NY (near Olean). I took some photos and the blurs of flags was waycool consistent with their theme “Aurora Borealis”. There were some awesome other teams as well, including world-class Orchard Park. I gave her a ride home and we got to catch up on a lot of stuff – she didn’t even know I had a pickup truck. Focused on conversation, I ignored the speed limit signs and just drove relatively slow the whole way home on almost traffic-less roads.
