Called the guy who was to put in the floor today as lunchtime approached. He forgot. He can’t come out until Tuesday.
Of course, this is AFTER we filled up our entire living room with stuff from the kitchen.
But I decided to make the best of it. In the last 36 hours or so, I primed the walls, cieling, and trim, painted the ceiling and trim, sanded, primed, and painted the cupboards (upper ones, sans the doors), and started on painting the walls. Tomorrow Merry and I work on the cupboard doors, I finish the walls, and we attempt to wallpaper a few spots. And I build two shelves and cut boards for on top the cupboards.
