The readings today were Isaiah chapter 5 and Paul’s letter to the Phillipians, chapter 4. Exactly what I needed — they speak to me. I feel like writing another psalm, but I will spare you all … for now.

Finally. I decided to take long refreshing shower today, and the weather was the perfect temperature outside to have the window open the whole time. Fresh air, Enya blaring in the living room, and the faint smell of incense (Mer was glad she wasn’t home – she hates incense). I really needed that … I’ve been beating myself up for the last few days with worries.
