Before you say “Eeewwwww” I must note that I DID take showers regularly in all that time in between.
On another note, I taught some self-defense and Tai Chi at the girl scout encampment at Seven Hills today and it was wonderful as usual.
I also watched “Tibet: Cry of the Snow Lion” with a ton of additional footage. Listening to a speech by the Dalai Lama confirms that he’s my best buddy — it’s like I’m his twin when it comes to his message and views of the world, mankind, the media, everything. I really want to meet him face-to-face someday and hug him.
