I had a good time at the Greek Festival tonight, with Mer, Chrissy, and her friend Lucy. I ran into Scott Himenz from 8 Tigers, Mr. Farrauto (Chrissy’s art teacher), and a bunch of people I know from the Hellenic Church. Chrissy and I reminisced about living at Seneca and Bailey on the way home.
Earlier today, I “embarassed her” by volunteering for her school’s Mini-Marathon. I directed traffic crossing for all the grades, refereed tug-o-war, failed at the limbo (the bar was too low to begin with!) and played baloon toss.
All and all, a good day.
Go greeks!
You’re her father, it’s your duty to embarass her. Gods know you’ve had plenty of practice doing so with us.
